About us

Dream Day Cars are based in South Shields, covering Hebburn, Jarrow, Felling, Cleadon, Wallsend, North Shields, Whitley Bay, Chester le Street, Birtley,  Gateshead, Washington, Sunderland and Houghton Le Spring.

Dream Day Cars is a husband and wife team and we both drive the cars.

We have two gorgeous Smokey Silver E Class Mercedes.  Each car holding 4 passengers.

Our wedding car service provides transfers from your house, to the ceremony, if you want to be taken somewhere special for photographs and then onto the reception.

The seats are covered for each ceremony; we have silk flowers in the rear of the car. There is a choice of coloured ribbons and bows for the outside of the car.

When a wedding is booked, we always to do a trial run, checking where the pickup point is, where the ceremony is to be held and where the reception place is located, to ensure that things run smoothly on the day. 

The happy couple receive a complimentary bottle of champagne to take away as a memento.  For health and safety reasons we do not allow drinking in the car.

You can hire one car or both cars.

You may view the cars evenings and weekends, whichever is convenient for you.  It costs nothing to look, but a little time to ensure you pick the right cars for your wedding day.

We cater for all types of weddings i.e. churches, registry offices and civil ceremonies.

We offer competitive rates and reduced rates for midweek and winter weddings.

All weddings are based on up to three hours.

We aim to make your Dream Day the day that you always dreamed of.
